How long does it take to prepare an order?
The order is generally prepared within 1/2 working days from receipt. If the item is not immediately available, 3/4 working days will be necessary

Shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
Mytuscanypaintings.com applies a flat rate shipping cost of €10.00 for orders delivered throughout Italy, including the islands, and €20.00 for abroad.
Is it possible to ship to an address other than your own?
You can specify any delivery address for the order to be shipped. You can also ship to a different name, for example to a post office, or to the address of the company you work for. When entering your data, you will be able to specify the destination address of the order.
What are the delivery times?
Express couriers guarantee the shortest possible delivery times: The arrival of the goods at the specified address generally occurs within 48 hours of shipping throughout Italy, excluding Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, which on average require 72 hours. For the smaller islands or particularly disadvantaged areas, delivery generally takes 4 days.
Is shipping insured?
Our shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the products at no additional cost. Mytuscanypaintings.com undertakes to replace the item in the event of: loss, damage, theft or fire during shipping. If the item ordered is no longer available, we will refund. To make the Insurance valid, it is essential to report to the courier any anomaly evident at the time of delivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Is it possible to return an item?
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
How long does it take to return an item?
To return a product exercising the right of withdrawal, it must be sent back within 14 days. Before shipping, you must contact us to obtain authorization and receive the necessary instructions for returning the goods.
What are the conditions for making a return?
No complaints will be accepted for missing or defective goods after 7 days from receipt of the order. In the event of receiving damaged packages, our customer service must be notified immediately.
How to obtain a refund for a return?
Once the return request has been received, you will be sent a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number and the instructions for the return.
The refund will be made through the method with which the customer made the payment, in the return request email, for credit cards the refund will be visible on the card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the refund date, this timing may vary based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
